sian diao... i'm gonna rot soon if i dun find a job... problem is, in finding e job, esp when i dun even feel like job hunting.... lazy me....
i received a letter from e government a few days ago... guess wat? i'm going for an interview bout the JPSDS scheme next monday... damn troublesome... gotta bring so many stuff like photocopies of family's birth certs, IC, school testimonials and o level result slip... but if all goes well it should be well worth it... a stable job for e 1st 5 yrs after i'm done schooling and schools fees and tuition fees paid for.... and of course, 1k a month during schooling... plus 1.2k if i pass all e modules etc etc... like wat mico said, "for once! we're getting paid to study!!" haha quite true... but i wonder... wat's e catch? probably gonna be quite tough for e 1st yr or so in e army i guess... but after BMT and e 2 courses, i'll be posted to e unit for e other 4yrs... which unit?... combat engineer's my choice of vocation so i guess it should be related to tat... my dad recommended medic which was wat he chose, but i dunno... being e one responsible for e front line's advance is much more better than being responsible for others' lives rite? but of course... no need to think so far... wat's e odds of singapore going to war?... hmmm... NAH!!! haha but can't say for sure cos it's still early... u'll nv noe wat mite happen tml... or next wk, month or yr for that matter.... as for now, it's back to e X-BOX!! l8er!
