nyp band rocks! and that's why i joined it :X i went for the orientation on sat and also my first band prac on tues.. for a start we're learning to read and count for scores, cos i keep getting lost. and also i'm starting with small instruments like e triangle and stuff. quite fun.. but the music room is damn cold and the conductor is scary. hahaha.. but still i like it, and i'm gonna work damn hard cos i wanna go hawaiiiii!! tats where e next competition is supposedly held anw.. so must jia you! hehe..

thurs, yet another busy thurs. work from 11 till 4, lecture from 5-6, supposed drums coaching from 6.30 till 7.30 but daniel was so late he dint come, so i joined tim's support singing prac and then after that had the reformation day song prac. singing is hard.........

sidenote: i did get some pics of the poor mice that we sacrificed for their spleen cells. it was a bit sick tho, watching the mice die in front of u using CO2.. but we dint do the killing tho. clement did the cutting. i did... nothing! i'm innocent! wahahaha.. but anw i'll put them up tml or smth.. cos there're more clearer pics out there!! allison where are u!! whahahaha.

I MISS MY iPoD!!! sigh.

okok time 2 update lol.
just read finish this book which ken "forced" me to read by sidney sheldon titled "are you afraid of the dark?" and yea it's not bad, afterall it's written by "the master of the unexpected".

results for e common test came out, except for IM (which i'd prolly failed) and it was more or less like i expected, other than HBD which i kinda studied a lot for.
Cell tech : B
HBD : C
MBT : F (lol i KNEW it)
ABC : D+ (hey that D completes it "ABCD" lol)

last thurs i went for band prac as usual, only to find that the army guys are playing instead! ahhh 1 month w/o drums!! nooooo.. but guess what, tim and shaun somehow dragged me into CHOIR! they're singing on reformation day and on christmas eve they're putting up a skit. hmmm. didn't know singing would be that tough! lol. this thurs our tchr's gettin us the script for the skit to see if we can play the parts.. haha lets see how it goes..

i totally had it with my ipod this morn when it died after playing 5 secs into the first song after being charged overnite. so i took it to e service centre @ Apple, next to motorola.. after so long, it's still looks the same, even tech point too! but the super old and dirty coffee shop got closed for renovations (at last!!) lolx. so i'll be without my ipod for the next 3-5 days. so sad..

ahh tml's cell tech we're gonna be doing a dissection of mice! and obviously not many of us are looking forward to it esp ppl like allison lolx. we're prolly gonna be taking out it's spleen i think. but it's benchwork so it's 1 mice per 2-3 ppl haha. anw might get some of the mice pics up next time i bother blogging, that is, if i bother taking pics of the dissected mice! :P

*[[ all good things must come to an end - until next year.... hehe ]]*

well e title refers to 2 things actually..

1st - FOP!! went on friday (1st day) and sunday (3rd day) and both were damn good, sunday being the best, with better seats and more JUMPING!! lol me and mark were jumping like crazy when the row above us left and almost shouting the words not singing them lol! but the sermons were just as good. Rev. Colin Dye was one of the best speakers i've heard.. funny and also direct to the point. i loved the example he gave earlier bout, just as how Moses surrendered his staff to God, and when God gave it back, it became a staff which brought miracles in God's name, similarly, as we have surrendered our lives to him, he will do the same. or smth like that. woah but the queueing part was really jialat.. the sun can realli kill. haha but getting in made it all worthwhile.. Delirious was new to me but definitely not anymore! they are gooood.. i love their versions of "did u feel the mountains tremble" and "rain down" etc etc damn nice.. and hillsongs, forever one of the best there is! their new songs were niceeee! hahaha can't wait for next year!

2nd - NDP!! i'll miss all the people i worked with; wenxin, joel, izwan, jie ying, sihui and many many others whose names i dunno haha.. and of course, mr arshad! muz go visit him more hahaha! i'll also miss doing the fun stuff we've been doing, and fooling arnd, and also the gossips (ahem lol!) and many more.. tuesday will the last day and then we'll have to wait another year, hopefully with many familiar faces there :D

also, common tests are OVER!! whew. but i'm guessing i'm gonna fail 1 or 2 modules for sure lol.. but anw we "celebrated" by going to play pool at amk, and yes arden, u blardi trashed me. wasn't even warmed up ok.. lol. but wasn't playing well anw, or... the rest were just good. haha jun cheng and arden definitely one of the best few, as well as josephine! haiz got a long way to go to train that lvl! and after pool i rushed to FOP, and ended up ezekiel the only one there. haha nvm..
got a stuuuupid 8am abc lecture tml dunno if i should go.. bleahh i'm off to slp anw. got work tml somemore. thanks alot millie. zzzz..

*[[ mommy! IT'S OVER!!! (ALMOST actualli hehe) ]]*

tml will be our last paper!! and wat a week. we were trying to study in the library just now for IM and it was blardi farny with arden-clement duo arnd playing with my ipod and fooling arnd lol. me and ian were counting the no. of F-words he can say in an hour and we counted 11!! lolx! in the 3hours i think we covered only 1 topic! omgwtfbbq! haha i'm so doomed. oh wells tml den say la.. as for e other papers i can only hope to score for cell tech and hbd, as for the rest, i'm doomed. i mean, who sets a paper with 40 blardi difficult MCQs to be finished in HALF AN HOUR?!! sickening lah that eun.. but tml's IM will be hard too. and when it's over, IT'S PARTY TIME!! lol chances we're going either K-pool or K-box, and of cos i'd prefer pool! oh yea~!
i actualli went to watch "the island" by myself after failing to study in e library for mbt on tues. anw its damn nice esp when the theme is quite closely related to my "future" lol. joline was right, the technology and all are very high tech and quite possibly wat our future will be.. but using clones to get body parts a bit.. wrong? anws go watch it and decide urself! u won't regret it la.
bahh sat is gonna be a lil weird with no ndp preview or rehearsal.. i think i'm going apple to get my friking ipod fixed once and for all. the battery is killing me.
