*[[ 1st post of the year and its FEB. zomg. ]]*

did time just fly by again? it always does doesn't it? already its been 8 months i've been enslaved in national service! hah! (when am i gonna be promoted.....? zz!)

cny was alright. did very little visiting though. but interestingly last sat i went to not one but TWO Dennis' houses! haha one's my perc mentor and the other's my church mentor!

this week was yet another field camp. it wasn't exactly very tiring or anything, but being driven around by a madman in a uber-bumpy terrain which would have been pretty much a desert expect for the forests! i swear i was eating sand for most of the 3 days and if not for my net-scarf thingy, i'd prolly have drowned in sand. puh-wee~ but the floodgates opened and i did throw up my breakfast of chocolate dog biscuits on day 2, when the madman was at his, "maddest"? haha.. i came close to throwing up a second time later that day too, but i guess not having the field rations for lunch helped. and i must have eaten a whole lot of sand already by then. hah.

we returned to camp on vday itself and that me aaron and james chilled at JP, which btw, was PACKED, and just pissed me off. it took us quite some time just to get seats at kopitiam, since restaurants like fish and co had queues that, well, were long enough to erase any hopes we had of a quiet evening and good food. sigh. some vday.

argh! my hands are itching to play some drums! someone sponsor me a drumset? xD
