*[[ where would i be w/o my mini ]]*

Someone save me. That's what i'm thinking right now, sitting at e table at ezekiel's bday party, typing this into my phone and conversing with one of e most annoying guy i noe, or rather, regret knowing, J. Whahaha. Why am i doing this? Apparently there's no one else familiar around other than him and my bro. Bleah. But anw it's been a long day.. And i regret stepping out the door. Well at least i got to noe more guys from vs and had some share of fun.. But from yishun to bukit batok to jurong, and to pasir ris where i am now. About 2 hours of travel time down lol. if not for my mini, i'd die of boredom in the train. Met for lan in e morn which was fun, thrashing and getting thrashed. Lol. Sadly we didn't iceskate cos they had competitions going on, and not surprisingly my distant cousin's taking part and bumped into eileen there too. So we caught "the fog" and it was definitely the highlight of e day. Not exactly cos the movie was good; it was a lil exaggerated, but watching how some of them get freaked out was real hilarious. But i still wished we had the chance to iceskate.. Next time then!

*[[ 4 months already? I NEED A JOB! ]]*

i miss waitering. no i'm not kidding u arses. i was reading one of clement's recommended blogs waiterrant and it just sparked memories from within me. and thru tat blog i read an article by a food critic who became a waiter for a week, living thru the lows and highs of the job. very inspiring. then again waitering in the US and waitering here in SG is still diff. or at least in my case in pasta cafe. they get their tips, which can make up most their salaries in fact (if u read the above mentioned sources); we have to give almost all of it to the company. wtf? then again, they experience more shit. bah go read for urself and see, the life of a waiter (who STILL is one, not like me).

*[[ xin nian kuai le! funs over, back to work! ]]*

cny came and went. it was okay possibly better than previous years as my ang pao $$ finalli hit the $100 mark lol. pathetic i know. but somehow my uncles forgot that i was finally of age, not even bothering to offer my the usual can of heineken, so unlike previous years, when one even joked about getting me to finish a whole giant mug and slp overnite there. oh well. one thing that nv fails to be mentioned tho. "ah boy ah! so tall liao!! wat u eat ah why ur brothers still so short??" etc etc. sheeesh for the last time i dun play bball ok! its in da genes! (even tho both my parents are short XP)
pwh chalet was a blast~! finally got to meet ppl like sean and smork and 2 others from FBI.. and finaly got to check out escape. and, as i expected, there wasn't much. it even rained halfway. but the go-karting was funnn. and the viking ship too, tho i got a lil giddy after that one =/ but the company was great i guess, even tho they were a lil shy at first, but we're cool after some daidee and arcading wahahaha. hope to see them all again soon~
ok yeah like the title suggests, with cny over, gotta get back to work. somehow all the stress is accumulating at this point with reports, and projects, and of course, exams in just 2 weeks. help us God.
and it doesn't just stop at exams mind u. theres no holidays from what i heard, and we've to go for attachments immediately for 3 months, and then another 3 months doing out final year project. but the projects available seem kinda cool, like what we might end up doing in our future jobs. tiring sial.
