I just watched AVP.. It wasn't half bad, great effects and storyline but things were kinda rushed. The show was only 1hr 15mins or so but the scenes could have been longer.. And sometimes they jumped from scene to scene which had no connection. But I dunno. Enjoyed it though I watched it alone. I was gasping several times to myself haha. But this guy beside me didn't seem to care. Oh yeah, some morons were like shouting and laughing damn loudly and when they came in some guys were pissed and vulgarities flew around for a moment. But it was damn dark and the movie had already started so it ended soon enough. One thing I liked bout the show was how it showed one point-the enemy of the enemy is my friend.. Having had this thought in my mind for quite some time thanks to ADF, it really made so much sense watching it. Haha.. The predator being the enemy of the alien, therefore it becoming a friend. How seemingly simple yet complex.. LOVE IT. But somewhere at the beginning the female character mentioned how her dad died due to blood clots in his legs etc, Sheryl's name just appeared in my head.. CRAP!!! But the circumstances were different as he died while climbing the mountain. Ah wadeva... Sigh... Wonder how she is right now.. Hope she comes back soon.. She is very much missed.. Well here's an extract from ADF's song "enemy of the enemy" for those who watched AVP too.. Think bout it.. This part really fits.. Except one or two lines but hell....
