*[[ can things just get any worse? great timing too dammit. ]]*

well i don't know how to start this now seriously. u'd understand if u just had ur bday and on that same day u get some depressing news making things worser than it already was. happy bday indeed. godammit. GODAMMIT! sometimes i think this life is a joke. where the only one not laughing is urself. nvm i'll go chronological, as usual.

sunday was a helluva day. or rather night. last day of operation. michelle and i decided to have something to eat for the last time be4 there was no more chance. joining us were yufei and julie. it was realli all smiles then, with the gals not really caring bout the work and talking with us instead of looking out for customers etc.. of course, who wouldn't? thruout the nite there were surprisingly quite a no. of customers, new and regulars alike.. the rest of us who weren't working sat around and killed time playing lame games etc lol. and time really flew. regretably fast. soon, andrew arrived in a bright orange shirt (!) and then came the GM and his so called right hand man watshisname. the last customer left and e packing started, and e rest of us were told to wait outside while they packed. that was when the serious mood set in, with the GM showing quite a stern face. bleah. the kitchen ppl cooked loads of food to clear the stuff.. but after eating andrew seemed to start rushing us. i could sense some disturbance in him as if he was hiding smth.. but i thought he was just deep in thoughts thats all. then they started taking lotsa pictures. a lot. i wouldn't blame andrew for rushing us then cos it never seemed to end, too many to take, but as soon as the last group pic was taken, it was time to go. stepping out, the tears started from one, to another, and another. it was then when andrew thanked us and had his little speech that it really hit me, and a whole lot of others. the sobbings, huggings, and my own tears started forming. it was the worst goodbye i've ever experienced.. there were just too many. i'll miss them all. the people, the place, the environment, the food, and just about everything. i doubt i'll ever find such a great working environment, including the cheeky boss haha.
during the chalet i still felt the sadness in me. i wondered if the chalet would have been more enjoyable if the last day WAS extended to dec. worse part came when i recieved news of andrew and james being retrenched. everyone else thought they'd be posted somewhere, but retrenchment?! damn that GM lar. or whoever is responsible for all this. hope both are able to find better companies. sigh. thankfully at least huijia still has her job, she realli needs it most i'm sure.
still, thanks to all my mates in 06 for everything!~ the chalet was a memorable one. and thx to those who wished me in smses and testis lol~! also, thanks andrew, for all u've done for me these years, really! the best boss one could ever have!

sidenote: i found this video that will prolly get u laughing ur ass off. 2 chinese BSB wannabes. go watch it la. realli hilarious.
back to scl rehearsals and band pracs tml then. l8r~
